Pre-sales Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pre-sales Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in bridging the gap between account managers and our technical team, ensuring seamless communication and delivering accurate project estimations, timelines, and proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in pre-sales processes, with a focus on WordPress-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery meetings with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, providing detailed documentation and insights as needed to support client discussions.
• Independently lead and manage pre-sales meetings with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate quotes, effort estimations, and project timelines based on client requirements and technical input.
• Create, review, and refine high-quality documentation, including proposals, requirement specifications, and supporting materials.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in writing compelling and detailed project proposals tailored to client needs.
• Leverage knowledge of WordPress to assess project feasibility and provide relevant insights during the pre-sales phase.
• Contribute to process improvements within the pre-sales team to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales business analysis, or similar client-facing role within an IT or agency environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, with experience drafting proposals, requirement documents, and project plans.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including an understanding of its capabilities, plugins, and customization options.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar for documentation and presentations.
