Pre-Sales Business Analyst

Overview

SentientGeeks is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales, clients, and technical teams by gathering requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless communication. This role requires expertise in business analysis, documentation, RFP response, and pre-sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities:1. Requirement Gathering & Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, project scope, and challenges.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.

2. Proposal Development & Documentation:

• Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) and create detailed, structured proposals.
• Draft essential project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.

3. Coordination with Sales & Technical Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to tailor proposals based on client needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
• Support the sales team in product demonstrations, presentations, and POCs.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain professional and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present solutions, project scope, and pre-sales documentation to clients.
• Ensure smooth handover of requirements from pre-sales to the development team.
