Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI / Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse (DW) / Scrum Master with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing BI and DW projects, leading agile teams, and ensuring the delivery of financial analytics and reporting solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Data Management:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and accounting insights.

• Lead data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture design to ensure robust financial data integration.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all financial reporting tools.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions.

• Drive performance optimization and automation of financial reporting processes.

Scrum Master & Agile Project Management:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).

• Coach and mentor agile teams, ensuring best practices in agile frameworks.

• Identify and remove impediments to keep projects on track.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.

• Track and report on project progress using agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Finance & Accounting Expertise:

• Provide financial data analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

• Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and financial performance tracking.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

• Support profitability analysis, revenue tracking, and financial KPIs development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Agile Project Management.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles with experience in financial data analysis.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Agile Practitioner is preferred.

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
