Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to drive the development of Pocket FM's web and mobile applications. This role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to mentor and guide the frontend team.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to drive the development of Pocket FM's web and mobile applications. This role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to mentor and guide the frontend team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and reusable UI components.
- Optimize performance for better speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure high-quality standards by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in frontend technologies.
- Guide and mentor the frontend team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
- Strong knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating frontend with backend systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and frontend performance optimization.
- Exposure to microfrontend architecture and progressive web apps (PWA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
