PHP Web Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with expertise in CodeIgniter 4 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications while ensuring best practices in coding and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Manage database administration and performance using MySQL.
• Work with UI frameworks and integrate AWS services as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database design and optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Proven expertise in the CodeIgniter 4 framework.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
