Job description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in PHP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our websites and web applications. You should have a strong understanding of backend technologies, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code for web applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic.
• Design and implement database structures and optimize queries for performance.
• Build APIs and integrate third-party services into applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging backend development trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP and its frameworks (e.g., Laravel).
• Strong understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web security and data protection best practices.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix servers is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
