Overview

Job Description:

As a PHP Laravel Intern at DAPS, you will work closely with our web development team to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. You will have the chance to learn and apply your skills to real-world projects while receiving mentorship from seasoned developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development: Collaborate with the development team to create web applications and features using PHP Laravel framework.

Coding and Debugging: Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Database Integration: Work on database design, migrations, and interact with databases using Laravel's Eloquent ORM.

Frontend Development: Assist in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless integration with backend systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve software defects.

Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.

Documentation: Document code, processes, and best practices to contribute to the knowledge base.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interest in web development and PHP Laravel programming.

Knowledge of PHP Laravel framework.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Good problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
