PHP Laravel Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Laravel Developer with a strong background in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive hands-on experience building scalable web applications and can take ownership of complex technical challenges. As a senior developer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress.

* Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices.

* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences.

* Lead technical initiatives, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.

* Integrate third-party services and APIs into web applications.

* Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues quickly.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new web development technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 7+ years of professional experience in PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.

* Strong experience in WordPress development, especially in integrating WordPress with Laravel-based applications.

* Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.

* Expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

* Proficiency in database design and performance optimization (queries, indexes, normalization).

* Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment pipelines.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React).

* Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean).

* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
