We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring the best user experience and code performance using PHP and the Laravel framework.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure functionality and stability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to build seamless experiences.
• Stay current with the latest Laravel releases, tools, and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide improvements in code quality.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in PHP development with a strong focus on Laravel.
• Proficiency in Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, and ideally JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js/React/Angular.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and database architecture.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Git for version control.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications (especially on AWS).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working on ERP systems, real-time chat platforms, or video conferencing tools.
