Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development and will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and platforms using Laravel for custom applications and WordPress for content management solutions.

This is a performance-based role, where salary and growth potential are determined by individual performance and contribution to the team. You’ll have the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially based on your achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
• Build custom applications using Laravel, ensuring security, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Develop and customize WordPressthemes, plugins, and modules to meet client requirements.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure they run smoothly.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Maintain and update existing web applications, improving performance and adding new features.
• Ensure code quality by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing unit tests.
• Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in PHPdevelopment with expertise in Laravel and WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good understanding of MySQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of web security practices and best practices for performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
