Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain high-quality, responsive, and adaptive web applications from scratch.

Write Clean, Efficient & Reusable Code to ensure performance, quality, and scalability.

Design, Build & Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and efficiency.

Implement Best Practices in front-end engineering, PHP (Laravel framework), and database management.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement solutions.

Conduct Code Reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Work in Agile/Scrum Environments with fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines.

Implement Automated Testing platforms, unit tests, and maintain development tools for efficiency.

Troubleshoot & Debug applications to ensure seamless operation.

Stay Updated with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in web development.

Ensure Security & Performance by following industry best practices.

Work Closely with UI/UX Designers to implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Laravel Development.

Strong expertise in Laravel & PHP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) frameworks.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply innovative thinking at work.

Experience in responsive web design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

Passion for writing well-structured, scalable, and well-documented code.

Hands-on experience in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud-based deployment.

Familiarity with automated testing, unit testing, and debugging techniques.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team environment.

A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and optimization.

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
