The Full Stack Bitrix24 Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Bitrix24 platforms to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of the Bitrix24 system. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing user-friendly interfaces, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Bitrix24 Development: Design, develop, and customize Bitrix24 applications, modules, and integrations to meet client requirements and enhance system functionality.

Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular).

Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Integration: Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party applications and services, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation.

Customization: Customize Bitrix24 features such as CRM, workflow automation, project management, and reporting tools to fit client needs.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Bitrix24-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes, system configurations, and user guides.

Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs, and optimize performance for improved user experience.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Bitrix24 platform development and customization.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks), backend technologies (PHP, MySQL), and Bitrix24 API.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and delivering solutions within deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Bitrix24 or related technologies.

Experience: Previous experience working with other CRM or ERP systems.

Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes.
