Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer proficient in Laravel, PHP, and WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and websites. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable code while collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP, and WordPress.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code for web applications and websites.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in both new and existing projects.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement and maintain data storage solutions, including databases and APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle (planning, coding, testing, and deployment).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PHP Expertise: Strong understanding of PHP (4+ years of hands-on experience).
- WordPress Development: Experience in developing WordPress themes and plugins, customization, and optimization.
- Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Database Management: Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with server management and hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, WHM, VPS).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Vue.js or React.js for front-end development.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento).
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
