JD: The following is a brief and non-inclusive list of responsibilities the web developer may have:

• Work with members of the marketing team to develop and deploy content on the web and email campaigns

• Manage, prioritize, and deploy ideas and requests from the marketing team, other co-workers, or even clients concerning the user-interface of the client or admin sides of the website.

• Integrate third party applications into the core website(s) as necessary

• Keep web modules and software up-to-date

• Establish needs for, and work with, the graphic designer to create banners and user interface elements

• Help drive the website to be of further use to both our clients and your coworkers

• Manage server security

• Follow industry best practices Skills

• Proven software development experience in PHP, 4+ Years

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript

• Understanding of database design using MySQL

• Experience developing within database-driven eCommerce frameworks

• Knowledge of Web standards and browser compatibility issues

• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and tactics

• Ability to work well in a team-driven environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
