Overview

We are seeking skilled Support with a strong understanding of PHP / WordPress development to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues related to our software products, and leverage their PHP knowledge to resolve more complex issues. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom PHP web applications using MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern technologies.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom PHP web applications using MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern technologies, with a focus on WordPress development and custom coding.
• Manage and resolve support tickets related to PHP, WordPress, and custom coding issues, ensuring timely communication with the support team and customers.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and the support team to translate project and ticket requirements into efficient code and technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and WordPress guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to technical discussions, and engage in ongoing professional development to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Provide regular updates to team members, reporting progress on development tasks and support issues, while seeking guidance when necessary.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by the support team and customers, delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PHP / Wordpress development or a related role, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, RESTful APIs and PHP / WordPress with the ability to seamlessly integrate these technologies into dynamic web applications.

Framework Knowledge: Extensive experience with PHP frameworks, particularly WordPress and also in plugin (expertise in WordPress is highly desirable).

Version Control: Competent in using Git or similar version control systems to manage and track code changes effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.

Passion for Development: A strong passion for web development, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
