Overview

Job Requirement: Performance Testing Engineer

Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Location: ( Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore)

Required Skills:

• Performance Testing Tools:
• Strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner, JMeter, and Selenium Scripting
• Ability to design, develop, and execute performance test scripts
• Monitoring & Analysis:
• Good exposure to monitoring tools like Dynatrace
• Ability to monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks
• Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
• Good understanding of performance test planning, workload modeling, and result analysis
• Ability to generate performance test reports and provide insights to stakeholders
• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance test plans
• Create and maintain automated test scripts
• Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with developers and system engineers to tune performance
• Monitor applications during testing using Dynatrace or similar tools

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Performance testing: 4 years (Required)
• LoadRunner: 1 year (Required)
• Monitoring: 1 year (Required)
