People Data & Reporting Analyst

The People Data & Reporting Analyst is accountable for developing and maintaining AXA XL’s key HR systems reporting solutions, designing, and implementing data and reporting products as per the needs of the customer and partnering with the HR Operations & Technology team and key stakeholders across HR to build and maintain data quality monitoring products. You will partner with team members, Community of Practice (CoP), Business units and functions across the organization to deliver value across key projects, identified in Data and Reporting and enable HR to be a data driven function. The Global People Data and Analytics team is accountable for providing core HR metrics and partnering with HR leaders and key stakeholders to build organizational capability in utilizing data to gain insights, identify trends, and leverage data to drive and influence the business’s human capital management strategy. We own and drive standards across data, metrics/KPI’s and reporting in HR space for the Organization and are identified as a key player in creating an ecosystem for People Data and Analytics. We will drive the adoption of tools, technologies, and techniques across the entire HR function by leveraging Community of Practice (CoP). What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Develop and Manage OTBI and BIP Reports.
• Practice Privacy by Design mindset to adhere to data privacy guidance of the Organization.
• Handle Scheduled report delivery from both Human Resources management System (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Identify opportunities to leverage dashboards in OTBI and drive development and end user adoption.
• Manage inventory of team deliverables and ensure it is always up to date.
• Understand and get involved into Audit and Group level projects.
• Learn and adapt agile mindset and implement it in day-to-day activities as appropriate.
• Identify areas and implement automation, standardization, or elimination of reports by adapting continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to ask probing questions to identify the right use cases for OTBI Reporting.
• Clear and concise messaging to route customers to the right product.
• Ability to guide and walk customers through the process of accessing and utilizing our team products (OTBI or Power BI Reports).

• Relevant years of experience as a data/reporting analyst in HR.
• Good excel data manipulation skills.
• Experience with OTBI and BIP reporting (Oracle HCM Reporting).
• Experience handling Personally Identifiable data in complex matrix organizations.
