Job Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5-7 Years, Pega CPBA Certification Mandatory
Work Mode: Hybrid
Budget: 34 LPA fix

Notice Period: Need Immediate Or currently serving notice period who can join by 10th Mar’25.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) with hands-on project experience in Pega implementations. Agile expertise is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Pega applications.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and document them effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Drive requirement-gathering workshops and create BRD, FSD, and user stories.
- Configure and design business processes within the Pega platform.
- Support testing teams with test case creation and validation.
- Ensure smooth implementation, rollout, and user adoption of Pega solutions.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pega CPBA Certification is mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega projects.
- Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in Pega 8.x versions.
- Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
