Role Description
- Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-quality graphics, banners, and marketing materials aligned with branding.
- Enhance e-commerce-focused web design for improved user engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Create engaging marketing videos to support product promotions.
- Maintain a consistent design language by managing design systems and style guides.
- Take ownership of product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
UI/UX & Graphic Design Tools :
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Basic understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript (preferred).
- Design Standards & Best Practices:.
- Knowledge of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience in designing for e-commerce websites and SaaS applications.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Soft Skill Competencies (Expectation based on role).
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to stick to deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail in design, proofreading, and grammar.
- Good command of English language, slang, and pop culture terminology (helpful for marketing).
- Any Other competencies (required for specify position/role).
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to enhance user interactions and experiences.
- Experience working in agile environments with iterative design improvements.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and user behavior analysis to refine designs.
