6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenAI Python Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, and LLM frameworks such as LangChain. You will be responsible for implementing robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, optimizing LLM applications, and integrating enterprise data for enhanced AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs and other LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Design and implement LLM application architectures, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and experiment-based evaluations.
• Build and maintain robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to integrate enterprise data into AI models.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve RAG implementations for better accuracy and performance.
• Work with Azure Cloud technologies, including Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, and Databricks, to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Follow agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-driven innovation.
• Take initiative in problem-solving while effectively seeking support when needed.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, aligning with our curious and diverse team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Python SDKs and LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience in LLM application design, prompt engineering, and experiment-based evaluation.
• Proven experience in implementing and improving RAG systems for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, Databricks, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative while knowing when to seek help.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
