Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Development Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our front-end platform and back-end systems. In addition, this role entails in future leading our development team, drive technical innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, scalable backend architectures, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

In addition, this role entails in future leading our development team, drive technical innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, scalable backend architectures, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development & Platform Building:
- A. Design and develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web / mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and React JS, Next JS and others
- B. Optimize performance, usability, and responsiveness across web and mobile applications.
- C. Ensure the front-end architecture is modular, reusable, and maintainable.
- D. Implement best practices in UI/UX development using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- E. Collaborate with designers and product managers to bring UI/UX concepts to life.
- F. Integrate front-end components with APIs, ensuring real-time data updates and smooth interactions.
- Back-End Development & System Architecture:
- A. Architect and develop scalable, high-performance back-end systems using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- B. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices based architectures.
- C. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity for SQL databases.
- D. Drive DevOps practices, managing deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Prior experience of building front-end and back-end platforms
- Sound understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
