Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets (OMS)
Location: Pune/Hyderabad
Experience: 6+ years

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to enhance trading workflows and optimize Order Management Systems (OMS). The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and ensuring seamless operations. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and Agile experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Buy Side OMS users, including traders, portfolio managers, compliance teams, and operations, to understand their workflows, challenges, and business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Order Management Systems (OMS) and trading-related applications.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to refine requirements and prioritize feature enhancements.
• Utilize SQL for querying databases to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Use Jira to document and track requirements, feature development, and issue resolution, following Agile methodologies.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of system changes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets and OMS platforms to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Buy Side workflows and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with traders, portfolio managers, compliance teams, and developers.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income or other asset classes from Front to Back.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Jira for documentation and tracking of requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Charles River Development (CRD) or Aladdin OMS.
• Understanding of FIX Protocol and other trading system integrations.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
