We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Business Analyst (Risk)-Pune- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25829635 Business Risk Analyst - C11) based in Pune, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 Years of hands-on experience as Business Analyst

• 3-6 Years of Risk domain Experience Or Record Management

• Strong working experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint MS 365, SharePoint, Confluence etc

• Experience on SQL, Tableau OR BI Tool, Jira, Agile methodology is a big plus
