We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Automation Test Engineer -Pune- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25848201 Quality Assurance Analyst - C11) based in Pune, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Design and execute test cases to validate new features and enhancements while prioritizing automated testing over manual testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing and assist in the development of test plans.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure system responsiveness under varying loads.
• Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts to ensure coverage of new functionality.
• Participate in requirements gathering discussions to understand the feature changes being proposed and to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Assist in defining and implementing automated QA processes and testing best practices to improve overall quality.
  
  

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 years working as Automation test Engineer.
• Migration from Manual to Automation Test projects/roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with equity trading systems and equity products
• Experience in Jira for test management and scrum board.
• ISTQB Foundation and Agile extension certifications.
• Understanding of QA within Software Development environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Cucumber, Selenium).
• Some experience in programming and/or scripting languages.
• Some familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
