Overview
Oracle Customer Success Services is a One Oracle approach to ensuring customer success, through a broad set of services and solutions that are supported by certified and experienced implementers, helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. Customer Success Services provides a customer-centric delivery and support-integrated service, in conjunction with Oracle Development. As a sophisticated database support engineer of customer success service organization, you will be responsible to deliver support and services on database, engineered systems and cloud technologies to our premium customers. The support and services covers the entire life cycle of the product starting from architecture design, implementation, optimization, maintenance etc. The role involves working with the customers and ensure they get the best out of our products.

Required OCI Cloud Architect with minimum 10+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to meet business needs.
- OCI Implementation: Lead the migration of on-premises systems to Oracle Cloud, including compute, networking, storage, and database services.
- Oracle Product Migration: Lead and manage migration projects for Oracle products (such as Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP, Oracle WebLogic, and more) to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transition.
- OCI Networking: Design, implement, and manage OCI Virtual Networks (VCN), subnets, routing, load balancing, VPNs, and security lists to create highly available, resilient, and secure network architectures.
- Multi-Cloud Strategy: Design and implement multi-cloud architectures, integrating OCI with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure flexibility and high availability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to development and operations teams on OCI best practices, cloud infrastructure, and architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and apply necessary optimizations to enhance cloud infrastructure performance and scalability.
- Security Management: Ensure the security of cloud solutions by designing and implementing secure architectures, performing risk assessments, and adhering to best practices for identity management and data protection.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high performance and scalability.
- Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Design and implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for cloud-based systems and applications.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with other architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain system designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation.
- Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, particularly Oracle Cloud services, and evaluate their applicability to improve infrastructure solutions
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies regarding data privacy, security, and cloud governance.
