Role Description

As a .NET Developer with a healthcare focus, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet the needs of healthcare professionals and comply with industry regulations.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with healthcare industry experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable healthcare applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
• Build and maintain efficient and reusable code.
• Design and implement database structures for healthcare data using SQL Server.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate with healthcare systems and standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces and mappings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all applications.
• Implement security best practices and adhere to data privacy regulations.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Document code and technical processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and healthcare IT trends.
• Research and evaluate new tools and techniques.
  
  

Requirements

Experience :

• 3-5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience developing healthcare applications.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular or React).
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
