We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer (L2) with expertise in F5 Application Security Manager (ASMA) WAF, DDoS mitigation, and IPSec technologies. If you have hands-on experience securing web applications and networks using F5 technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain F5 ASMA (Application Security Manager) for web application protection
• Design and optimize WAF policies to maximize security while minimizing false positives/negatives
• Troubleshoot, tune, and resolve F5 WAF security policy issues
• Monitor network traffic for DDoS attacks and implement mitigation strategies using F5 technologies
• Perform capacity planning and ensure robust DDoS protection strategies
• Implement and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs for secure remote access
• Conduct network encryption, authentication, and secure tunnel establishment using IPSec
• Continuously analyze network traffic and logs for unusual activity and potential threats
• Apply patches, updates, and rule changes to proactively secure the infrastructure
• Respond to security incidents and perform post-incident analysis
• Work closely with network and security teams to optimize security configurations
• Maintain documentation for security configurations, changes, and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• F5 ASMA WAF: Configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting
• DDoS Mitigation: Network traffic monitoring, attack identification, and mitigation strategies
• IPSec VPN: Secure tunnel setup, network encryption, and authentication
• Network Security: Knowledge of security best practices, protocols, and encryption technologies
• Incident Response: Handling, analyzing, and mitigating security threats
• Protocols: Expertise in HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, and related technologies
• Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or equivalent
• Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring solutions
