Network Security Engineer

Overview

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in FortiGate Firewalls and Fortinet solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing and managing network infrastructures, configuring firewalls, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Firewall Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls to ensure network security.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor network traffic and identify vulnerabilities, using FortiGate features like IPS and Antivirus.
• Incident Response: Investigate and respond to network security incidents and breaches.
• Policy Development: Assist in creating and enforcing network security policies using Fortinet products.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with IT teams to ensure network security and provide detailed reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with FortiGate Firewalls and other Fortinet solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and VPN configurations.
• Fortinet NSE 4/5/7 certification preferred.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response.

Preferred Skills:

• Automation skills with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Environment:
May require Field support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
