Position: Network Operations Engineer (NOC), freshers are welcome

Work location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Job brief

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Network operations executive to contribute on the growth of the company. NOC are responsible for managing the telecommunication network infrastructure from any centralized locations. You will also be required to scall capacity of servers through regular training.

To be successful as a NOC, you should join the latest technological groups online/offline, be the active member of the group’s technical discussions. Should be active in learning new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Monitoring the voice and messaging switches, SMSC, servers

· Routing / Switching based on the performance and commercials

· Work on the trouble ticket raised by the customer and sent to the supplier

· Familiarity of reading the Network/ethereal trace to find out the root cause

· Making sheets of all customer and vendor details

Required skills & qualifications:

· Good verbal & written communication skills in English (Conversational)

· Strong, in-depth analytical skill

· Proficient in resolving ticket raised by customer

· Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering (B tech/ BE – EEE & ECE, electronic & communication engineering), CCNA/CCNP

· Knowledge of Microsoft office

· Flexible to work in Shifts

· Basic Understanding of Telecommunication Products and Services

· Understanding over Messaging protocols/ Voice protocols will be an advantage

· Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, fast learner and Team oriented

· Basic understanding of command line over/Linux/Unix OS

· 2nd face2face interview
