Network IT Administrator

Overview

Key Responsibilities

System Installation & Configuration:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Ensure the proper setup of software applications and OS patches.
• Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.

Network Management:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Manage network devices, firewalls, routers, and switches.

Server Maintenance:

• Oversee the management of Windows/Linux servers including Web Servers and Database servers.
• Perform regular backups and ensure the data integrity and availability of all systems.
• Monitor and resolve any system performance issues.
• Deploy custom applications on company and client servers.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Experience in systems administration or network administration.
• Proven experience with managing both Windows and Linux-based environments.
• Experience in managing Apache2 and NGINX servers, MySQL and Postgres Database.
• Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.:
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Ubuntu Server).
• Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience as Microsoft 365 admin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
