Job Details:

• Troubleshooting Routing, Switching & Security issues and providing solutions within agreed SLA.
• Configuration and Management of Cisco 6509-E series Switches and Cisco 4506, 4507-R, 3750 and 3560 series switches, Nexus 9K Series Switches, Cisco Catalyst 6880 switches with VSS
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Network Infra Issue reported.
• Configuration & Troubleshooting of VLAN, VTP, PVST, HSRP and DHCP, Ether-Channel, AAA on Switches.
• Installation & Replacement of Switch Modules like Sup Engines, WAN cards, SFP module, POE line cards & Switch chassis.
• Installing, upgrading and backing up IOS of Cisco Routers and Switches
• Configuration of Cisco wireless controllers and APs
• Applying modifying rules on Cisco ASA Firewall as per requirement.
• Administering and monitoring daily activities, monitoring performance, taking backups of network devices.
• Troubleshoot all networking problems to ensure minimum downtime & maximum availability.
• Device management on SOLARWINDS NMS and Kiwi Syslog.
• Providing technical support for installation activities and routine troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure.
• Perform Change Management as per the process.
• Support to all BAU [Business as Usual] calls.
• Daily BAU L2/L3 Calls Support on Network infrastructure.
• Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7 Shifts

Experience and Skill required must:

• Considerable knowledge and experience in setting up Cisco network components, specifically Cisco ASA firewall, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, Nexus 9K Series Switches and Cisco Routers.
• Considerable knowledge and experience in NetFlow Analyzer, Cisco Security Manager, Citrix Netscalar Load Balancer, LANCOPE.
• Considerable knowledge and experience in Site-To-Site VPN and RA VPN technology.
• Considerable knowledge and experience in VSS and VPC technology.
• Considerable knowledge of network data and computer system diagnostic aids and tools and the ability to isolate and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP addressing and routing, SSL, FTP, SFTP and other OSI protocols is required.
• Strong experience OSPF and BGP
• Experience with ISE, Wireless 5508 and Cisco Catalyst switches (4500 e-series and 6500 series)
• CCNP Certified (Minimum Routing and Switching)
• 6 to 9 years of experience in switching, routing and firewall.
• Exposure on Cisco 6500, 4500 and Nexus 9K switching platforms
• Exposure on Cisco 2900 and 3900 series routing platforms
• Exposure on Cisco firewall platforms like ASA.
• Exposure on Cisco Unified Wireless Architecture concepts.
• Sound knowledge of BGP and OSPF and Firewall or VPN or SSL VPN concepts
• Sound knowledge of VLAN or STP or RSTP or VRF or Static routing or Dynamic Routing or HSRP or VRRP or MST or Ether channel
• CCNA, CCNP certifications are mandatory
• Excellent all round communication skills required
• Should have the ability to investigate complex WAN and Datacenter LAN issues in a multiproduct environment
• Ability to handle complex network issues independently.
• Should have exposure to ITIL practices
• Strong vendor management skills needed
• Should have passion towards new trends in technology

Wireless & Wi-Fi

• CISCO 2600, 2700, 1100 series Access Point, Cisco WLC 5500 series
• Security & VPN: ASA Firewall 5500 series.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
