Job Description for L2 :

• Network Designing / Planning / Implementing, Migration and Troubleshooting
• Working on Incident / Change / Problem tickets and to be part of all Major Incidents.
• Leading the L2 Network Team / Mentoring / Managing & providing technical / process training.
• Implement and maintain LAN / WAN and WLAN equipment’s from various vendors.
• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, Detecting Firmware Vulnerabilities Job Responsibilities

L2 Engineer:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for technical issues escalated from L1.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and manage service tickets.
• Support software/hardware configurations, patching, and user access.
• Document solutions and update knowledge base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,760.12 - ₹37,324.26 per month
