Overview
HIRING BCA GRADUATES!
- Install internet services, routers, modems, and other equipment at customer premises.
- Configure networks and ensure optimal connectivity for customers.
- Test installations to ensure service quality and performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on network systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, hardware failures, and performance problems.
- Replace defective hardware components as needed.
- Optimize signal strength and connectivity for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on using internet services and resolving minor issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
