Overview
The Network Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs, and firewalls. This role ensures network reliability, security, and the primary goal of Network Admin is to design, implement, and secure the network infrastructure for a S2M Health while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001:2022, HIPAA, and SOC 2 Type 2. The Network administrator will also support EHR systems, Access Control, Fire Alarm Integration, and On-Premises Networking while troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Administration & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and uptime.
- Implement network segmentation and VLANs for improved security.
- Maintain wireless networks (Wi-Fi, access points, and authentication mechanisms).
- Firmware Upgradation and Configuration Backup
- Maintain Data centre in steady state level.
- CCTV and Access Control Management
2. Network Security & Compliance
- Configure and manage firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sonicwall, Sophos, etc.).
- Implement intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), Endpoint security, Advanced Threat Protection, Antivirus Gateway.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022, HIPAA, and SOC 2 Type 2 regulations.
- Regularly perform network vulnerability scans and security patching.
- Firmware Review and Upgrade
- Configuration Backup.
- Network Hardening and Wi-Fi Security
3. Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, latency, and outages.
- Work with ISPs and third-party vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades
- Deploying and Utilizing network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) to detect and prevent outages.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for complex network incidents and escalations.
4. Firewall and Remote Access Management
- Support secure remote access solutions (SSL VPN, VPN, IPSec).
- Failover and Load Balancer
- Network Deployment.

5. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Implement and test failover strategies for network resilience and Load Balance
- Ensure backup network connections and alternate routing in case of failures.
- Document disaster recovery (BCP & DRP) network procedures.
- Critical Network Devices on HA
- Test and collecting Evidence for BCP without production impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3+ years in network Admin, or Engineer.
✔ Technical Skills:
- L2 and L3 level Network Troubleshooting.
- Experience with IP routing, VLANs, ACL, and subnetting.
- Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Filter, Access Policy.
- Knowledge of wireless networking (802.11 standards, WPA2/WPA3 security).
- Certifications with CCNA, CCNP are added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
