Network Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Manage data center operations, including server racking, cabling, and maintenance.
• Handle hardware servers, storage systems, tape libraries, and perform break-fix activities.
• Work on incident handling and service requests related to network and IT equipment.
• Add and update equipment in CMDB.
• Perform Putty console sessions to access network equipment.
• Lift and install IT equipment (up to 30 pounds) when required.
• Understand and manage UPS systems and basic server operating systems.
• Perform hot-swaps of hard drives and minor hardware repairs.
• Work closely with third-party vendors for emergency communication support.
• Conduct audits and reviews of monitoring systems (EMS) to ensure critical alerts are not missed.
• Manage 24x7 global data center operations and disaster recovery processes.
• Use deployment, provisioning, and monitoring tools for operational efficiency.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
