Designation : Network Engineer

Experience : 4 years - 8+years (Experience as Network Engineer is Mandatory)

Qualification : Graduates only.

Salary Range : 50,000 - 70,000

Shift : 6days of Working.

Rotational Shift , Rotational week Off.

Location : Saidapet ,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with enterprise-grade networking equipment.

2)Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

3)Strong understanding of security concepts (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).

4)Training and Mentoring:
Provide guidance and training to L1 support staff to enhance their skills.

5)Create and maintain documentation, such as standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

6) Network Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

7) Perform updates to network devices, including firmware upgrades and configuration changes.

8) Monitoring and Optimization:
Use network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance issues.
