Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the networking infrastructure required for a web-based application connecting to CWMP-compliant devices and supporting a variety of networking and data transfer protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage network solutions to support TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6, ICMP, NTP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SSL v3, TLS, ARP, VRRP, PPP, PPPoE, UPnP, SSH, DHCP, Telnet, SMPP, SNMP, MQTT, Wake On Lan (WOL), VXLAN, and TR-069 protocols.
- Integrate CWMP solutions using OpenACS, EasyCwmp, ACSLite, tGem, LibreACS, GenieACS, FreeACS, LibCWMP, Friendly tech, AVSystem.
- Implement data transfer protocols including HTTP(S), MQTT, Azure MQTT, and DLMS.
- Develop and maintain network automation scripts and tools.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration between network components and the application.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and standards.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Project Summary
Develop a web-based Device management application to connect to CWMP-compliant devices, supporting a wide range of networking protocols and data transfer protocols, including TR-069, HTTP(S), MQTT, and DLMS. The project aims to create a seamless integration and monitoring solution for network infrastructure using advanced tools and libraries.
