Overview

Level 3 Technician-: (Street Smart)

Work Role:

1. Knowledge of L1 Technical & Ability to perform all L2 tasks

2.Ensuring all L3 task done properly

3. Ensuring a smooth takeover from L2 .

4. Verify and approve the work of L2 team

5. Taking brief from L2 Team and executing the task of L3

6. Ensuring the need of the client as specified is worked out

7.Ensuring the client preference is met

8. Giving a technical demonstration to the client

9. Giving the proper reports

10. Ensuring that all future related notes be shared with the office for easy and smooth servicing of the devices in future

11. Coordinating service for support at client location/ Office and providing support to OEM/PS wherever required

12.Maintenance of L3 Tools at all times in proper condition and availability

13. Ensuring client satisfaction with the technical aspect of work

14. All Programming and setting related work for all the solution

15.Site Visit for Pre-Sales whenever asked for

16. Testing and R&D for goods and solutions

Task:

1) Networking Switch configuration

2) Configuration of Audio devices like Amplifier/Digital Signal Processor

3) CCTV Configuration

4) WAP or Access point configuration

5) Automation (Basic) programming

6) Projector installation

7) PA System configuration

8) Microphone/ speaker calibration

9) Motorized Gate configuration

10) Video Door Phone and Door lock configuration

11) Intrusion System Programming

12) IPBX Programming 1

3) Fire Alarm system configuration.

14) Access Control Programming

15) All Software related work

Key Skills:

1. Proficient in using computer.

2. Proper knowledge of networking and its infrastructure

3. Proficient and effective in finding solutions on site over call or Google search or Video or manual

4. Ability to read and execute user manuals & site Drawings

5. Ability to provide support to OEM engineer at site location via Anydesk or other resources as requested All work as delegated by the MD

Location: Guwahati (May be relocated as per needs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,092.73 - ₹42,643.26 per month
