Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Network & IT Administrator to manage and support our media monitoring platform, which combines broadcast television and online radio stations. The role involves overseeing network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of media streams, and managing the technical aspects of our monitoring system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and configure computer networks and hardware to ensure smooth operation of audio/video streams.
• Source and update online radio station streaming URLs as they expire.
• Administer the monitoring system backend, including scheduling, issue identification, and implementation of fixes.
• Provide general IT support and maintenance.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in network administration, IT support, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of networks, VPNs, port-forwarding, firewalls, and streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with various media formats (audio/video) and web applications.
• Experience in identifying and extracting media URLs from streaming websites.
• Formal IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) to coordinate with teams in Australia.
• Proactive, independent, and quick to learn.
• Shift: Preferred to work in Night shift also

Desired Skills:

• Experience with local/online networks and media streaming systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with remote teams across different time zones.

Work Location:
Nungambakkam, Chennai (Coordinating with teams in Australia).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
