Location- Manesar, Gurugram

Working Days- 5 Days

Shift- Rotational

Cab facility- Available

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Skills Required

• Experience in Routing and switching.
• Training experience in network engineering.
• Experience in networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as relevant software.

Role & Responsibility

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
• Provide first-line support by logging and tracking incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network devices and infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like software updates, patch management, and backups.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize network performance and ensure network security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift
