Language: Hindi is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN issues.
• Optimize network performance.
• Configure SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud integrations.
• Ensure network security and compliance.

ISP Support & Coordination:

• Primary contact for ISP issues.
• Track and follow up on ISP disruptions.
• Troubleshoot last-mile connectivity.
• Validate ISP invoices and contracts.

Maintain ISP support contacts.

• Incident Management & Escalation:
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for network incidents.
• Escalate critical issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain logs of network incidents.
• Generate network performance reports.
• Keep inventory of networking equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP.
• Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, firewalls.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with ISPs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• Prior IT infrastructure support experience.
