Overview
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Networking Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support and resolve network-related issues.
- Work with senior engineers to implement network security measures.
- Maintain and update network documentation.
- Learn and adapt to new networking technologies as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools (Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, etc.).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
