Network Administrator

Overview

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing software, troubleshooting network issues, managing servers, and leading the IT team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Network Installation & Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.

Set up routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

✅ Network Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.

Monitor network performance and security to prevent downtime.

Provide technical support to users and address network-related concerns.

✅ Server Management:

Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux).

Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery planning.

Manage database and cloud-based server environments.

✅ Software Installation & Updates:

Install and update enterprise software and security patches.

Ensure all systems comply with company policies and security standards.

✅ Team Handling & Leadership:

Lead and mentor the IT/networking team.

Assign tasks, conduct training, and ensure the team's efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill IT requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
