Position Description

Primary Skills :- Zscaler , Network Routing and Switching

Must have Skills : - Zscaler,ZIA, ZPA, Zero trust

Experience : 6+ yrs

Location/ Shift :24/7 , Bangalore , Chennai.

Project start date : Immediate

Detailed JD :

6+ years relevant technical experience in Network support / operations

Minimum 4+ relevant experience Zscaler,ZIA, ZPA, Zero trust mgmt

Manage and configure Zscaler policies and rules

Troubleshooting Zscalar issues. Configuring Forwarding profile, app profile etc.

Understand the Traffic Flows for both Https (web Traffic) standard and custom application-based traffic and accordingly design solution around it for Firewalling and Proxy services.

Blacklisting & Whitelisting based on project requirements.

Good Understanding in PAC profiles and configuration.

Troubleshoot Zscaler connection issues in ZPA, creating, updating application segments and access policy.

Knowledge about SSL inspection and certificate management.

Must to have very good knowledge on routing switching and internet content filtering.

Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF.EIGRP,BGP)

Good Knowledge of L2, L3 Protocols for IP Networks, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, PPP, ICMP, ARP, NAT, QoS etc.

Troubleshooting Knowledge on VLAN/VTP/ STP/ Port channel/HSRP/VRRP/GLBP/ VSS & VPC,Proxy exception rule management,OS upgrades, proxy centralized management

Troubleshooting Knowledge with stakeholders management

Very good Knowledge on LAN , WAN, Internet

Good knowledge on monitoring tools

Should be customer centric.

Must proactively help junior team members in resolving issues while being open to share their knowledge.

To ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines

Should be able to follow the ticketing process according to the change request phases that are defined.
