Job Title: Junior Network Administrator

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide network administration support, including system configuration management, OS installations, security updates, and urgent system patching.
• Support LAN-based applications, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor nightly backups and scheduled server and workstation maintenance.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network problems, escalating more complex issues to senior network administrators.
• Maintain network inventory and track network device lifecycle management.
• Provide support for Level 1-2 escalated issues.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the senior network administrator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and analysis.
• Experience with network architecture, LAN/WAN design, VPN, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cisco switches and firewalls.
• Familiarity with security platforms and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a Managed/ Co-working/ Business center environment will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
