Overview
Key Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration:
o Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network
equipment.
o Ensure the proper setup of software applications and OS patches.
o Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Network Management:
o Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
o Manage network devices, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Server Maintenance:
o Oversee the management of Windows/Linux servers including Web Servers
and Database servers.
o Perform regular backups and ensure the data integrity and availability of all
systems.
o Monitor and resolve any system performance issues.
o Deploy custom applications on company and client servers.
Troubleshooting & Support:
o Provide remote and on-site technical support for IT-related issues.
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
o Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT-related
issues.
Required Skills
•
Technical Skills:
o Experience in systems administration or network administration.
o Proven experience with managing both Windows and Linux-based
environments.
o Experience in managing Apache2 and NGINX servers, MySQL and Postgres
Database.
o Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure.
o Solid experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.:
o Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Ubuntu Server).
o Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
o Experience as Microsoft 365 admin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
