Job Description
As a Senior Specialist Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write testable, scalable, and efficient code.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications and updates.
- Maintain up-to-date code documentation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Programming: Java (1.8+)
- Java EE Technologies: Servlets, JSP, SOAP & RESTful Web Services
- Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Integration, Hibernate ORM
- Frontend Technologies: JavaScript, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, etc.)
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Object-Oriented Design: Understanding of design principles and best practices
- Experience with integration frameworks such as ActiveMQ, Metro-based Web Services, Secure Socket-based Communications, and Web Service Security
- Working knowledge of Apache HTTPD server, Tomcat, Glassfish
- Experience with Java-based search frameworks like Lucene, Solr, or ElasticSearch
