Job Overview

MyOperator is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisions that enhance business performance. You will work closely with multiple teams, providing valuable data-driven recommendations while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Collaborate with different teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies and operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data through data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
• Support teams with ad-hoc data analysis and solve specific business challenges.
• Write SQL queries and work with databases to extract relevant information.
• Assist in forecasting and predictive analysis to support business Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and Qualifications :
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is desirable.
