Job Title: Mulesoft Developer & Business Analyst

Job Description: Are you a Mulesoft Developer with expertise in SAP integration and a passion for business analysis? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions while optimizing business processes. If you have strong experience in Mulesoft, SAP integrations, API development, and business process analysis, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Mulesoft Development & SAP Integration:

• Design, develop, and deploy Mulesoft APIs and integrations with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Develop RESTful/SOAP APIs and implement API-led connectivity using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to integrate SAP with third-party applications.
• Develop Mule flows, transformations, and connectors using RAML, DataWeave, and Mulesoft Connectors.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for robust integration solutions.

- Business Analysis & Process Optimization:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to integration and digital transformation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in SAP integration workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mulesoft Development – Strong experience in API-led connectivity using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

SAP Integration (Mandatory) – Hands-on experience integrating Mulesoft with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs.

API Development – Experience with REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON, XML, DataWeave transformations.

Cloud & Middleware – Experience with Mulesoft CloudHub, API Gateway, and Hybrid Deployments.

Business Analysis – Ability to understand business needs, process optimization, and requirement gathering.

Stakeholder Communication – Strong ability to interact with business users, gather requirements, and provide solutions.

Nice to Have:

Mulesoft Certification (MCD-Level 1 or higher).

Experience with CI/CD for Mulesoft, DevOps tools, and API security best practices.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise applications.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
