About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Cisco and Meraki networking environments, along with expertise in cloud networking, security, and infrastructure management.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Cisco and Meraki networking environments, along with expertise in cloud networking, security, and infrastructure management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco and Meraki switching environments.
- Deploy and maintain Cisco WLAN and Meraki WLAN solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Implement and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), including NAC and posturing.
- Configure and maintain Cisco firewalls, including Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW), FMC, and FTD.
- Work with Azure networking services to support cloud-based infrastructures.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Document network designs, configurations, and topologies using Microsoft Visio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and IT initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support and networking.
- Certifications : Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required.
- Networking : Proven experience working with Cisco and Meraki switching environments.
- Wireless Networking : At least 3-5 years of experience with Cisco WLAN and Meraki WLAN solutions.
- Cisco Tools & Technologies : Hands-on expertise with Cisco Prime, Meraki, FMC, and ISE (mandatory).
- Cloud Networking : Strong experience with Azure networking services and architectures.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco ISE, including posturing and NAC.
- Configuring and managing Cisco firewalls, including NGFW, FMC, and FTD.
- Expertise in LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
- Network Documentation : Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for network topology diagrams.
